Suunto Training Manager Lite is an integral part of the Suunto t3c and t4c experience. It stores and organizes training sessions, allowing athletes to analyze their performance and create ideal training plans.
With one-button activation, training sessions are quickly uploaded via wireless Suunto PC POD. Using intuitive graphs and charts, users can view their performance over a single workout or a specific period of time.
Training sessions can be broken down by type of activity (i.e. biking, running or kickboxing), giving users a deeper understanding of how different activities contribute to overall progress.
Equipped with a Suunto Foot, GPS, Bike and/or Cadence POD, the program allows Suunto t4c and t3c users to evaluate their overall performance.
Suunto Training Manager Lite can also be used in home training for real time heart rate monitoring from the computer's screen.
